Vantage Property Investments is continuing to attract quality technology companies to 446 Collins Street, with the latest commitment involving MyDeal.com.au.
The three-year, 395sqm lease deal was finalised at a gross rental in excess of $430/sqm.
The Victorian-based online retailer has taken 395 square metres of open plan accommodation with excellent natural light overlooking Collins Street.
Vantage’s Asset Manager, Nick Thompson said; “The continual upgrading and refurbishment of the asset which has included a ground floor lobby upgrade, installation of end of trip facilities and on floor refurbishments, has generated increased leasing activity and resulted in excellent results already in 2016.”
CBRE’s Scott McGlone and Will Dungey negotiated the lease, which provides MyDeal.com.au with open plan accommodation overlooking Collins Street, which offers excellent natural light.
Mr McGlone added; “The building is gaining significant traction with IT, marketing and digital firms who are seeking open plan layouts with good natural light in close proximity to public transport.”
