D A Programmed Maintenance has inked a new five-year lease on a Smithfield industrial facility.
The excavation and construction expert will occupy the 1,314sqm freestanding office/warehouse at $120 per square metre (net), plus GST.
CBRE’s John Tsoutsa and Janet Joljian negotiated the lease on behalf of Living Word Worship Centre, following the religious organisation’s successful purchase of the property at auction.
Mr Tsoutsa said that; “Through targeted marketing and a strong tenant database, CBRE was able to secure a long-term tenant on a strong rental rate and with minimal vacancy period following settlement.”
Building 1, 2 Hume Road is situated in Smithfield’s industrial precinct, in proximity to Cumberland Highway, Great Western Highway and the M4 Western Motorway.
The clearspan warehouse features internal clearances of 5.75m – 6.92m, access via two roller shutter doors and 22 car bays.
