One of the last remaining strata units in a Smithfield industrial complex has been snapped up for $1.64 million.
SH Property secured the 1,131sqm property at 19 Chifley Street, which comprises a unit/warehouse facility with full height concrete panel and container sized roller shutter door.
The property, which includes an air conditioned and carpeted office, was purchased with a short term lease until October 2016.
CBRE’s Elijah Shakir and John Karlovasitis negotiated the sale on behalf of vendor, Leda Holdings.
“This transaction is one of the final sales in the strata sell down of this highly successful industrial complex at 19 Chifley Street, which has captured a number of buyers from the local region,” Mr Karlovasitis said.
“Smithfield’s position in Sydney’s premier industrial region continues to see it a sought after location for owner occupiers and investors alike.”
