Wetherill Park in Sydney’s west has welcomed a new tenant, with gaming specialist Let’s Play Games securing a lease in the sought after precinct.
Let’s Play Games – a national distributor of specialist board games – has signed a five-year lease at 122-124 Hassall Street.
CBRE’s John Karlovasitis and Elijah Shakir negotiated the 1,380sqm lease on behalf of PJ Sas Family Trust for a rental of $122 per square metre gross.
Mr Karlovasitis said the property’s location and access to motorways helped underpin the deal.
“Let’s Play Games had been searching extensively throughout western Sydney for a larger premises, having outgrown its existing Pendle Hill facility,” Mr Karlovasitis said.
“After a long search, the tenant selected Wetherill Park due to the competitive rental - compared to other neighbouring industrial precincts - and it’s accessibility to the M4 motorway, with the link road now open onto Reconciliation Drive.”
