Amcraft Pty Ltd has secured another three tenants at its Glen Osmond Road facility.
5 -11 Glen Osmond Road in Eastwood is located close to the CBD, with easy access to all suburbs, good street frontage and off-street parking.
In the last three months, CBRE has concluded leases for IT firms Nuago and DBG Technologies, and for Total Support Services, a disability support organisation.
Nuago has taken 333sqm, DBG Technologies 148sqm and Total Support Services 232sqm. Rents ranged from $220 to $270 per sqm net.
CBRE’s Michael Pfitzner said the leasing success was due in part to tenants identifying the prominent location at a reasonable price.
“Despite it not being on the prime fringe boulevard of Greenhill Road, the property is still close enough to the CBD so that tenants have the benefits of a prime fringe location without the congestion of Greenhill & Fullarton Road,” Mr Pfitzner said.
“The different size and fitout options within the complex were also important as a broad variety of tenants were able to be targeted given the flexibility of offering available.”
