A 7,578sqm warehouse and distribution centre in western Sydney’s Erskine Park logistics hub has a new global tenant.
The firm’s local arm has signed a 10-year lease for 133A Lenore Drive, at a commencing net rent of $130/sqm.
The modern facility, managed by LOGOS Group, features high internal clearance, an exclusive hardstand yard, wide awnings and well-presented office space.
It offers access via two loading docks and four on-grade roller shutters, and has excellent links to the M4 and M7 motorways as well as The Great Western Highway.
CBRE’s Moshe Greengarten, Cameron Grier and John Micallef represented the outgoing tenant, who had five years remaining on their lease, while Mark Cadman and Matthew Herrett of Link Property Services were exclusively appointed by the incoming tenant to source their new facility.
Both agencies worked closely with LOGOS Group to secure the new 10-year term.
