Global software giant signs up new home at Perth's Parmelia House
| 17 July 2019
Global IT giant Exceedra Software has relocated its Perth headquarters to Parmelia House in the city’s west end.
Previously located in West Perth, Exceedra Software has leased a 105sqm tenancy on level 15 of Parmelia House. The new fitout features a meeting room, breakout area and open plan workstations.
Located at 191 St Georges Terrace, the 13,937sqm building has recently undergone a high-quality ground lobby refurbishment, as well as offering new gym and end of trip facilities. The building’s anchor tenant is coworking operator, Flux, occupying approximately 2,700sqm across five levels.
CBRE’s Andrew Denny negotiated the lease transaction on behalf of Australian City Properties (Hawaiian) for an annual rental $525 per square metre (net).
Mr Denny commented on the transaction: “The key factor underpinning this transaction was the building owner’s speculative fitout strategy, which offered Exceedra Software an immediate and quality fitted space in Perth’s core business district.”
