Located at Unit 4, 25 Redfern Street, the 383sqm warehouse/ factory offers high clearances, mezzanine style office accommodations, container height roller shutter door and on-site parking.
The site further benefits from premier access to all major transport routes, allowing Universal Windows to conveniently service its clients across the Sydney region.
John Karlovasitis and Elijah Shakir of CBRE negotiated the agreement on behalf of Golden Properties. The tenant committed to a two-year lease on an initial rental of $110 per sqm net.
Mr Karlovasitis said the Universal Windows agreement is the latest in a series of leases that have recently been negotiated for Golden Properties, with CBRE acting as the exclusive agent for the 25 Redfern Street site.
“We have received strong tenant interest for units at 25 Redfern Street, with a variety of industrial businesses attracted to the location in close proximity to major transportation routes,” said Mr Karlovasitis.
