CBRE has announced that Greg Hyland has joined CBRE as Managing Director, Capital Markets, Asia Pacific.
Mr Hyland will have responsibility for CBRE’s Capital Markets business across Asia Pacific, working with CBRE’s strong existing Capital Markets teams across the region.

Mr Hyland brings more than 18 years of experience to CBRE Asia Pacific, with a China, Singapore and Australia specialization. Most recently, he served as Head of Capital Markets, Singapore for JLL. Mr Hyland also held a variety of other executive roles at JLL, including Regional Director of Asia Capital Markets in Singapore and Head of Investment in Shanghai. Over the past five years, Mr Hyland has advised on more than US$10 billion of real estate transactions.
