Xceed Real Estate has leased a new office space in the popular commercial precinct of Herdsman to accommodate its growing Perth base.
Relocating from Balcatta, Xceed Real Estate has signed a five-year lease on the 1,228sqm office space, which is located on the eighth level of 3 Hasler Road – a 12-level office building overlooking Jon Sanders Drive and Herdsman Lake.
CBRE’s James Phelan negotiated the deal on behalf of BGC for an annual rental of $325 per square metre.
Mr Phelan said the property’s size and location were key factors underpinning the transaction.
“The tenant was seeking a higher profile building, larger footprint and closer proximity to the CBD – all of which this property was able to offer. Additional selling points were the floor plate size, high car parking ratio and signage opportunities.”
