Domestic and international wholesaler Health More Pty Ltd will relocate its Victorian headquarters to Caribbean Business Park after striking a 5,200sqm lease deal.
CBRE’s Stephen Adgemis and David Aiello negotiated the Dalmore Drive deal, which involves a sublease from the previous tenant, MRC Global.
“Caribbean Business Park is tightly held and the MRC space was quickly snapped up after being on the market through CBRE for less than one month,” Mr Adgemis said.
“Although vacancy in the East market is in excess of 200,000sqm Caribbean Business Park has always low vacancy periods due to its facilities, location and presentation”
Mr Aiello said Health More - a company that provides Australian and New Zealand owned health, beauty and wellbeing products to Asia - was previously located at Burwood.
“They chose Caribbean Business Park in Scoresby due to its proximity to Eastlink, thus giving ready access to the major Victorian road networks,” Mr Aiello said.
