One of Perth’s most well-known office towers has welcomed a new tenant with an international subsea engineering firm in the line-up at 200 St Georges Terrace.
McDermott Engineering has signed a two-year lease on a 530sqm office on the ninth level of the St Georges Terrace tower, with an additional option over the 530sqm balance of the floor.
The fully fitted and furnished half floor property offers a mix of corporate layout up and project space functionality. The floor offers an outlook to the north and the south, including views of the Swan River.
CBRE’s Lachlan Lewis negotiated the lease on behalf of lessor Perth Diocesan for an annual rental circa $500 per square metre.
Mr Lewis commented on the deal: “The high level of new tenant amenity offered at 200 St Georges Terrace - including the new state of art end of trip facilities, secure bike store and new arcade with retailers- in addition to compelling financial terms, were instrumental in securing the deal.”
