New education provider, Jets Education, has secured headquarters in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD after leasing a 587sqm office suite.
CBRE’s Patrick Mount, Ed Lower and Will Dungey negotiated the six-year lease in 120 Spencer Street, with commercial terms confidential.
Mr Mount said Jets Education would benefit from being adjacent to the Southern Cross Station public transport and retail hub and from being located in an area offering easy access to Docklands.
The 120 Spencer Street building has been continually upgraded and features destination controlled lifts, End of Trip facilities and on-site management.
Mr Mount said; “Jets Education was attracted to the building due to its convenient western CBD location in Melbourne’s CBD opposite Southern Cross. Another key drawcard was the fact that the building is already home to a number of other quality education operators, such as Sage Institute and Central Queensland University.”
