A tranche of land adjoining the Sydney International Regatta Centre in Penrith has been listed for sale with CBRE.
39-45 Castlereagh Street, Castlereagh, covers 7,530sqm with 75 metres frontage and is three kilometres from the Penrith CBD.
CBRE’s Nick Tuxworth is selling the property on behalf of a private owner, with price expectations at over $3 million.
Mr Tuxworth said a number of activities are permitted with consent on the tourism zoned site.
“We expect a wide range of operators to be interested in the site, with recreational activities, place of public worship, function centres, health facilities, educational establishments, service stations and food and drink premises all permitted with consent,” Mr Tuxworth said.
