Signage company Neolite Neon has secured new Sydney warehouse/showroom space at St Peters.
CBRE’s Nick Zenonos negotiated the lease over the 19 May Street property to Neolite - a leading supplier of neon, LEDs and other signage components.
The 247sqm, inner west property has been leased for three years with a three-year option at a starting rental of $300/sqm gross.
“After relocating its warehousing component to Western Sydney, May Street offered NeoLite a retail showroom to continue servicing its South Sydney clientele,” Mr Zenonos said.
The property comprises 71sqm of retail space with polished concrete floors, 176sqm of high clearance warehouse space and rear lane access with an automatic roller doll. It also benefits from close proximity to St Peters railway station.
