The Cargo Warehouse has leased an industrial property in Truganina for use as a multifunctional cargo handling facility.
The 1,985sqm facility is situated at 32 Sunline Drive.
CBRE’s Tom Murphy and Ricardo Cappelletti negotiated the lease in conjunction with Ashley McIntyre and Nick Saunders of Colliers International.
“The property was in demand due to some key features, including a large hardstand/truck manoeuvring area and dual roller door access,” Mr Murphy said.
“The width of the site also provides extra frontage to Sunline Drive and allowed for a favourable warehouse layout that suited a wide range of occupiers.”
The Cargo Warehouse has leased the space for a three year term, with a one year option, at an annual commencing rent of $149,000. The lease incorporates fixed annual increases of 3%.
The property provides 38 metres of street frontage and 31 on-site car spaces. It incorporates a two-level office with balcony and has provision for a five tonne overhead crane.
