Xero Manufacturing has signed a lease over a modern warehouse in Glendenning as businesses continue to target opportunities in Western Sydney.
CBRE’s John Micallef negotiated the deal alongside Matthew Alessi. The industrial warehouse, located at 16 Voyager Circuit, has a gross lettable area of 949sqm.
The site offers Xero Manufacturing quality facilities including two storey office space. There is ample site parking, truck and vehicle access with a 7.5m clearance and container access via two roller doors.
Xero, a specialist in commercial light fittings, will lease the warehouse from SND Properties on the basis of a three year, two-month lease term starting at an annual rate of $113,880 net – with the option to renew.
Mr Micallef said Xero was attracted to the property due to its size and close proximity to the Westlink motorway.
“The warehouse was one of very few options available to Xero within this size range. The property received significant interest and was leased months before practical completion.”
