A mail house group has expanded its Melbourne operations after signing a new lease on a Campbellfield warehouse.
Located at 178 Northbourne Road, the 3,600sqm property comprises a clear span warehouse with four on grade RSDs and excellent truck access.
CBRE’s Daniel Eramo and Amanda Traficante negotiated the four-year lease on behalf of the lessor, Findella Pty Ltd, for an annual rental of $190,000 + GST.
Mr Eramo commented on the deal: “The tenant was seeking a large warehouse space with a minimal office component to accommodate its expanding operations.
“Given the shortage of lease stock available between 3,000sqm – 6,000sqm in Melbourne’s northern industrial precinct, the tenant quickly moved to secure this premium location.”
