Global medical technology company Stryker has expanded its operations into a suburban two-level, free-standing building on Hasler Road in Herdsman.
The deal at 66 Hasler Road has sparked major building works, including the installation of a passenger lift and accessible washrooms on the ground floor.
Prior to these tenant specific works, previous upgrades included the installation of a new air-conditioning system and ceiling, lighting, kitchenette and washroom renovations, as well as landscaping works and resurfacing of the building’s carpark.
The 1,100sqm office/warehouse facility features internal clearances of up to five metres, two-level office accommodation with natural lighting and roller door access up to one container in height.
CBRE Leasing Director Lachlan Lewis negotiated the six-year lease at a commencing net face rate in the range of $290 per square metre.
Mr Lewis said; “Directly following a building upgrade in late 2018, Stryker identified the site as a preferred option for its growing, Osborne Park-based operations.”
“The standalone building was an ideal fit for Stryker, which had earmarked the ground floor for specialised use,” Mr Lewis added.
