Stryker Medical, a medical device and equipment manufacturer, has leased an 8,500sqm warehouse in Arndell Park for 10 years.
Greg Pike and Peter Blade from CBRE Western Sydney negotiated the deal at 211 Walters Road on behalf of the landlord, Goodman Property Group.
Mr Pike said the tenant was initially introduced to CBRE by private consulting firm Harlow Property Group, reaffirming the strength of CBRE Western Sydney’s relationships amongst tenants, owner and peers to coordinate structured solutions for clients.
CBRE has also leased 9,000sqm in Seven Hills, with tenant Hills Limited moving into a GPT property on a seven year lease at $122.50 per sqm net.
“The Western Sydney industrial and logistics market is still experiencing limited stock in the market place at present, with strong rents and low incentives,” Mr Pike said.
