Vitality Club has upsized within its existing premises in Rosebery in Sydney’s inner-south.
The growing firm, which provides at-home aged care and NDIS services including physical therapy, will move into a 120sqm office at 57 Rothschild Avenue.
It shifts from suite C4 to the larger, fitted-out C1 on a three-year lease for a gross rent of $550sqm+GST.
CBRE’s Fergus Bowen facilitated the lease on behalf of the private vendor.
“Vitality Club was drawn to the ease of relocation, while the office features a fitout it can capitalise on and enough space to accommodate future growth,” Mr Bowen said.
