Australian flooring company, National Tiles, has secured a prominent showroom in Oxley on a seven year lease plus options.
The 1,056sqm tenancy is located in a new large format retail building at 63 Factory Road, 11km from the Brisbane CBD.
Surrounded by other major retailers, including the likes of Bunnings Warehouse, JB Hi-Fi Home, The Good Guys, Super Amart, Harvey Norman and Supercheap Auto, the showroom is located in one of the most established and tightly held large format retail precincts in Brisbane’s western corridor.
CBRE’s Large Format Retail operatives Sam Macgregor and Andrew Brimson negotiated the deal and said sites of this nature were rarely offered to the market.
Mr Macgregor said National Tiles were attracted to the showroom due to its exposure to a high volume of traffic in the area, prominent signage, the abundance of on-site parking and easy access from the Ipswich Motorway.
He added that the Oxley retail precinct was in need of a large flooring offer and National Tiles would complement the surrounding retailers.
“With Bunnings expanding its store and more national retailers moving into the precinct, Oxley is continuing to evolve and reinforce its position as a major home-shopping hub,” Mr Macgregor said.
“With only limited space available in the precinct, National Tiles’ timing was impeccable.”
