R2P Asia-Pacific has found a new headquarters in Bella Vista in Sydney’s north west.
The company, which specialises in passenger information and audio communication systems on public transport, will move from Ryde to Unit 5, 18 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista.
It has signed a five-year lease with an additional five-year option, at $156psm net for the 1,759sqm property.
CBRE’s Matthew Alessi and Brendan Wein in conjunction with Greg and Aleesa Langford from THiiNK Commercial secured the lease on the site, which has two levels of office space and is a short walk from the Bella Vista station on the new Sydney Metro.
“The building appealed to the tenant on a number of fronts, including its proximity to the Bella Vista station and corporate presentation,” Mr Alessi said.
“The existing mezzanine can be converted into a laboratory space, while the large and modern two-level office space will create an upbeat working environment.”
