Digital product development studio Paper Cloud has secured the top floor tenancy in Carlton’s sought after 21 Bouverie Street office complex.
Paper Cloud has committed to the 640sqm tenancy on a three-year sublease which was negotiated through CBRE’s Joshua Jennings and Scott McGlone.
Mr Jennings said the Bouverie Street area was a tightly held pocket where limited space became available.
“Paper Cloud was drawn to the creative nature of the tenancy along with the existing fit out, which allows for a collaborative working style,” Mr Jennings said.
“The building’s location was another draw card, with Carlton affording easy access to all the CBD has to offer in terms or retail and public transport, but with the added benefit of less congestion and easy access to Melbourne’s northern suburbs.”
Paper Cloud specialises in mobile app development, backend development, UI/UX design and digital product strategy.
