Symons & Co Legal has relocated its West Perth headquarters to the AMP Capital-owned 140 St Georges Terrace in the CBD.
The Perth-based law firm will occupy a 185.8sqm office space on level 21 of the A-grade tower, which is prominently located on the north west corner of St Georges Terrace and William Street. The fully fitted space is situated in the high-rise portion of the building.
CBRE’s Andrew Denny negotiated the lease transaction on behalf of AMP Capital. The asking rent was $615 per square metre.
“Symons & Co Legal’s move to the building is the latest in a string of lease commitments to 140 St Georges Terrace, following substantial building upgrades over the past three years,” Mr Denny said.
