Melbourne, 6 August 2014- The Australasian Leukaemia & Lymphoma Group has leased a new Victorian headquarters at 35-49 Elizabeth Street in Richmond.
The group took out a 10 year lease on the 288sqm ground floor office of the A-grade property, considered to be one of Richmond’s finest buildings.
Anthony Park from CBRE negotiated the deal on behalf of the landlord, Investec Australia Property Fund.
Mr Park said they achieved a rental rate in the mid $300’s per sqm, a strong result for the area.
