Eckersley’s Art & Craft is relocating to a new, larger store at 18 King William Street in the Adelaide CBD.
For over 30 years Eckersley’s Art & Craft has provided artists, designers, crafters, teachers, students and the whole community with the best and widest range of creative products from their store at 27 Frome Street, Adelaide.
The new store at 18 King William Street will open at the start of December and offers an expanded product range. It is conveniently located between Rundle Mall and North Terrace, within walking distance to the Rundle Mall Tram stop, multiple bus stops and is close to the University of South Australia, University of Adelaide and TAFE SA Adelaide City Campus. Surrounding retailers include Westpac, NAB and Jamie’s Italian.
CBRE’s Julia Pottenger negotiated the deal which provides open plan accommodation of approximately 200 sqm.
“This was a big move for Eckersley’s as they have been in Frome Street for such a long time, but given the strength of their business their regular customers will find them and hopefully the new store will also generate a completely new clientele,” Ms Pottenger said.
