Hunter Compensation Lawyers is the newest entrant to the Parramatta legal sector, after signing a lease on premium space in the heart of the CBD’s financial district.
CBRE’s Maria Mangcoy negotiated the three year lease deal of the 80sqm strata office at 85 George Street on behalf of Keshab Chartered Accountant. The rental is $45,000 gross per annum.
Located just a short walk from Parramatta Transport Interchange, the property comprises a modern fitout, including reception and waiting area, boardroom, open plan space and an executive office.
The property, which offers excellent natural light, includes secure basement parking, as well as a large modern foyer with three lifts for access.
Ms Mangcoy said the property represented a record result for an office its size in an A-grade building in Parramatta.
“Due to the position of the suite within Parramatta’s CBD, and its modern fitout, the suite was highly sought after,” Ms Mangcoy said.
“The competitive leasing process attracted strong interest, particularly from legal groups looking to secure a footprint in Parramatta’s revered financial district.”
