Enviropacific Services has secured an office/warehouse facility in Melbourne’s tightly held Monash industrial precinct.
Located at 591 Blackburn Road, in close proximity to the Monash Freeway, the property comprises a GLA of 1,840sqm – consisting of a corporate two level office, high clearance warehouse with two roller doors and 30 car parks.
CBRE’s Bryce Pane and James Jorgensen negotiated the five-year lease term on behalf of lessor Pellicano Group for an annual rental of $110 per square metre net.
Mr Pane said the property’s position in the sought after Monash industrial area underpinned the deal.
“Based on positive growth within its core service offerings, Enviropacific had been searching for a suitable property for six months when the opportunity to secure this site arose,” Mr Pane said.
“The property’s signage exposure to Blackburn Road, proximity to the Monash Freeway and highly functional and well-presented office/warehouse were all key attractions for the tenant.”
