Sydney, 27 August 2014- CBRE has today announced that Andrew Pannifex has been promoted to Head of Institutional Valuations for Pacific.
Andrew will transition from his current role as Senior Director of Valuation and Advisory Services over the next few weeks. Andrew’s appointment is in line with recent changes to the Asia Pacific Valuations and Advisory structure and as such will work closely with newly promoted Tom Edwards, Executive Managing Director, Head of Valuations & Advisory Services for Asia Pacific.
Andrew has worked in the property industry since 1992, specialising in the valuation of Australian CBD assets for the past 20 years. He has been the lead valuer on a number of notable acquisitions, including Morgan Stanley’s purchase of the Investa Property Group -Australia’s largest commercial property transaction.
Mr Edwards commented; “After a strategic review of the Australian Valuations and Advisory Structure, we have recognised the importance of having a leader for Institutional Valuations who specialises in the Institutional Market Place and is well respected by Institutional Clients.”
“This is a well-deserved promotion for Andrew. Since joining us in July 2013, Andrew’s significant contribution to the business has helped drive growth and deliver quality service to our Institutional clients,” he added.
