Denvell Group has leased a 350sqm first floor retail space for its new residential display suite and café.
Previously trading as a Chinese restaurant, Shop 6, The Concourse, 409 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood is owned by Willoughby City Council and has expansive views over The Concourse and Victoria Avenue.
CBRE’s Amy Pfeiffer and James Beerworth negotiated the two-year lease, with rents in excess of $1,000 per sqm per annum gross (plus land tax).
“The open plan layout, abundance of natural light and prime location ticked all the boxes for Denvell’s new residential display suite and café,” Ms Pfeiffer said.
