A new tenant will take over the former ASICS Australia headquarters in Eastern Creek.
Jalco Australia has signed an eight-year lease at 10 Interchange Drive, Eastern Creek, at $130psm net.
The supplier of manufacturing and filling for the non-food FMCG sector takes over the GPT-owned 15,229sqm site, previously occupied by ASICS.
CBRE’s Moshe Greengarten, Cameron Grier and John Micallef managed the campaign.
“Jalco had a number of separate business lines that could be consolidated into this site, which will become its corporate headquarters and distribution centre,” Mr Greengarten said.
“Its excellent location, corporate appeal, exposure and proximity to the M4/M7 interchange in Eastern Creek made it ideal.
“We were able to lease the property with no down time between tenants.”
