Goodman Group has leased a 4,204sqm industrial property in Sydney’s western industrial precinct to KS Metal Fabrications.
CBRE’s Elijah Shakir and John Tsoutsa negotiated the five-year lease at 324 Woodpark Road, Smithfield, on behalf of the vendor.
Suited to manufacturing and general warehousing users, the facility has multiple on-grade roller shutter doors and sunken docks and is currently fitted with 3.2 tonne gantry crane.
Mr Shakir said; “KS was in need of a larger premises and this property ensured it could remain in Smithfield. The overhead gantry crane was also a major drawcard for the new tenant.”
The industrial warehouse and office building is located on the southern side of Woodpark Road and is in proximity to the Cumberland Highway and M4 Motorway.
