The aluminium importer and distributor has agreed a three-year lease for 10 Cullen Place for a net rent of $130/sqm, with an additional three-year option.
The modern, free-standing warehouse is located in the heart of Smithfield’s industrial precinct, with easy access to the Cumberland Highway, The Horsley Drive, M4 and M7.
It features access via dual driveways, internal clearances of up to 9.58m and office space on the first floor.
