Emjay Products Pty Ltd, an adhesive tape and packing solutions company, has leased an office/warehouse facility in Blacktown.
Unit 2, 1A Bessemer Street is a 1,539sqm facility with a modern two-level office. It has one extra-large roller door, good internal clearance, generous parking and proximity to the M2 and M7 motorways.
The CBRE team of Matthew Alessi and Brendan Wein completed the deal on behalf of the owner Australian Prime Property Fund Industrial, managed by Lendlease. The lease term is for six years plus five, with the deal agreed at $135 per sqm net plus GST.
“The major selling points were the 8.2 metre clearances allowing the tenant to maximise their racking capacity, corporate appeal of the estate, and the existing office fitout,” Mr Alessi said.
