CBRE’s Senior Leasing Negotiator Colin Gilchrist negotiated the 10-year lease deal on behalf of the building’s owners, who were involved in the design and development of the building and also occupy the top floor.
m3property have taken up majority of the ground floor suite as well as exclusive signage rights to the prominent Nedlands building.
