Pacifico Minerals decides on new home in Terrace's west end
| 22 May 2019
Hong Kong-based resources firm Pacifico Minerals has relocated its Perth headquarters to the west end of the city’s major business strip, St Georges Terrace.
Pacifico Minerals has signed a one-year lease on a 112sqm office suite located on the 10th level of 105 St Georges Terrace. The suite, which is partitioned and partly furnished, offers views towards the western end of St Georges Terrace.
CBRE’s Lachlan Lewis negotiated the lease transaction for an annual rental of $380 per square metre (gross).
“The tenant had looked a number of options for its new space, from Adelaide Terrace to the west end of St Georges Terrace. It decided on this suite due to its central location, attractive price point and fitted/furnished offering,” Mr Lewis said.
105 St Georges Terrace is an 11-level strata building consisting of small suites and whole floor premises.
