Sampson Express has leased one 3,010sqm unit for a term of four years with an additional four-year option to extend. The annual rental is $240,800 per annum.
Meanwhile leading construction company, Built, has relocated to the 2,406sqm unit after agreeing to a two-year lease with a two-year option. The lease was struck at an annual rental of $192,480.
Mr Cappelletti said the lease deals are the latest in a string of transactions in the Paramount Industrial Estate.
“Paramount Industrial Estate is an established and highly regarded area within the western industrial precinct. The property benefits from excellent access to the Western Ring Road and Deer Park Bypass, which was a key interest driver for both Sampson Express and Built,” Mr Cappelletti said.
Both tenancies comprise modern office amenities, high clearance span warehousing, multiple container height roller doors and large loading areas.
