Software specialist Planit Solutions has inked a new lease at one of Perth’s most well-known office locations, London House.
Planit Solutions has signed a five-year lease on the 213sqm office at 216 St Georges Terrace to accommodate its new Perth headquarters, which will relocate from West Perth.
CBRE’s Lachlan Lewis negotiated the lease on behalf of the lessor, WA property group Hawaiian, for a commencing net rental in the range of $515 per square metre.
Mr Lewis said the fully refurbished, speculative fitted and furnished space was a key benefit driving Planit’s decision.
“Being able to secure a ‘ready to go, cost effective’ space in the CBD was compelling, with it saving time and effort, as well as incentive dollars which was instead applied as rent abatement,” Mr Lewis said.
“The opportunity to occupy one of Perth’s best appointed buildings was also a driving factor.”
He added: “London House was competing against a West Perth located option, so this is another good news story around the migration into the CBD trend currently being seen.”
