SureFact Australia Pty Ltd, a privately-owned investigations company providing tailored solutions to insurance companies, large corporate organisations, small to medium businesses, law firms and government agencies, will move into 2/297 Ingles Street.
The 560sqm office/warehouse features container height roller door, clear space warehouse, eight car spaces and open plan and partitioned office space with a full kitchen.
CBRE’s Ben Quennell, Jake George, Guy Naselli leased the property on a four-year plus two-year option in conjunction with Bronson Shelton and Warwick Bramich from Alexander Robertson.
