After hunting for a more spacious workplace to accommodate growing business operations, management and delivery practice Johnstaff signed a long-term lease over first-floor office space in the building, which offers a central location in Perth’s CBD.
Rents in the building averaged around $525 per square metre per annum (net).
CBRE’s Andrew Denny, negotiated the 217 sqm lease, on behalf of AMP Capital.
Mr Denny said Johnstaff, who are relocating from West Perth, wanted a better-quality building in an active CBD precinct – with a coffee shop on the ground floor and direct, covered walkways to nearby public transport hubs, the listing achieved this vision.
“With building outgoings at just $145 per square meter per annum (net), the site offered excellent value in a prime location,” Mr Denny said.
