Provincial Home Living will join the lineup of home and lifestyle retailers at the Penrith Homemaker Centre in Sydney’s outer west.
The new Penrith store marks the furniture and homeware retailer’s 32nd Australian store – and fourth in New South Wales.
The Penrith Homemaker Centre, located at 2 Pattys Place, is home to a number of major retailers, including Harvey Norman, Domayne, Bunnings, Spotlight, JB Hi Fi, Baby Bunting and Fantastic Furniture.
With a GLA of more than 63,000sqm, it is one of the largest homemaker centres in Australia.
CBRE’s Shane Cook and Ryan Arrowsmith negotiated the seven-year lease to Provincial Home Living on behalf of landlord, Harvey Norman.
“Provincial Home Living was attracted to the Homemaker Centre as a result of the strong A grade retail mix and prime positioning of the subject tenancy,” Mr Cook said.
“The region’s strong demographic profile also complemented its business offering.”
Mr Arrowsmith said the addition of Provincial Home Living would inject a fresh mix into the centre.
“Provincial Home Living further diversifies the quality retail mix at one of Australia’s largest homemaker centres, ensuring it remains a key retail destination of Greater Western Sydney,” Mr Arrowsmith explained.
