Qube, Australia's largest integrated provider of import and export logistics services, has secured a 7,610sqm industrial property lease at Moorebank Logistics Park to Trinity Windows.
The warehouse at Building 50, 400 Moorebank Ave is a freestanding facility with three roller doors and drive through access and is located adjacent to the NSW RDC facility for Target Australia.
CBRE’s Adam Tresidder, Matthew Alessi, Tom Rourke and Elijah Shakir negotiated the five-year lease term, which reflected a rental range of $90–$100 per square metre (net).
Mr Alessi said; “This is the second tenant the CBRE team has secured for this building at Moorebank Logistics Park.”
“CBRE was appointed on a sublease arrangement by the sitting tenant, however, was able to locate a tenant moving out of metro west and secure a new five-year lease with Qube.”
Mr Tresidder added that this was the third major leasing transaction CBRE had completed for Qube in the past couple of months, after welcoming Caesarstone and ATS Building Supplies earlier this year.
