Blind manufacturer Verosol Australia has cemented its presence in one of Sydney’s leading industrial hubs, after signing a new lease on a facility within Revesby’s Kirby Industrial Estate.
Verosol Australia will relocate its Sydney operations to the 4,323sqm facility at 40 Marigold Street – comprising a fully secure complex with an internal warehouse clearance of up to nine metres and roller shutter door access.
The Kirby Industrial Estate has recently undergone a major renovation, including new paint, roller door access and updated office accommodation.
CBRE’s Chris Ryan, Tom Rourke and Ryan Jennings negotiated the five-year lease on behalf of JNKH Pty Ltd for a rental of $110 per square metre net.
Mr Ryan commented on the deal: “Verosol was attracted to this property because of its corporate presence, which other properties in the market lacked.
“Furthermore, although the building is within an estate, it is freestanding, which allows for excellent truck and container access.”
