Retailquip secures new home in Sydney's Arndell Park
| 15 July 2019
Supply chain specialist Retailquip will relocate its Sydney headquarters to Arndell Park in Western Sydney.
The Brisbane-based company has signed a five-year lease on a 940sqm office/warehouse property at 26 Penny Place. Situated in proximity to major arterial roads, the property comprises first floor office accommodation, internal clearances of up to seven metres and container height roller door access.
CBRE’s Matthew Alessi and Brendan Wein negotiated the transaction on behalf of a private lessor for a rental of $120 per square metre (net).
Mr Alessi commented on the deal: “The major attractions for the tenant were the corporate appeal of the building, its close proximity to major road networks and the high clearances that allow the tenant to maximise racking capacity.”
