An indoor rock climbing centre is due to open at the former IGA supermarket in Freshwater village.
Skywood Climbing has leased the 784sqm shop 1 at 1-3 Moore Road, Freshwater for $450 per sqm gross, plus GST. The term is seven years plus options.
Amy Pfeiffer negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord, Harrington Property.
“Not wanting to be at the back of an industrial estate, the tenant saw great potential in the incredibly high ceilings, natural light, abundance of customer parking and the amazing retailers on offer in the heart of Freshwater,” Ms Pfeiffer said.
