An IGA-anchored shopping centre in South Bunbury has been listed for sale.
The neighbourhood shopping centre, located at the corner of Minninup and Hudson roads, comprises an NLA of 3,048sqm and is leased to an experienced IGA operator for a 10-year term (with two five-year options). Other retailers at the centre include Discount Drug Stores, Chicken Treat, a news agency and a variety of food & beverage outlets.
Situated in WA’s thriving south west and 4km from the Bunbury town centre, the centre is located on a 9,557sqm site with four street frontages. It has a fully leased net income circa $620,000 per annum.
“This is the first IGA anchored centre to be brought to the market in the past year. We are expecting strong interest in the centre given its strong fundamentals and attractive price point,” Mr Cash said.
Mr Del Borrello added: “Shopping centres in the south-west have traditionally been tightly held, therefore we expect this property will appeal to syndicators and high net worth individuals across Australia.”
The property is being offered for sale via Expressions of Interest closing April 11.
