Air conditioning services and solutions company Specialized Heating and Cooling (SpecAir) has purchased an industrial property in the Melbourne suburb of Melton.
CBRE’s Ricardo Cappelletti, Tom Murphy and Todd Grima managed the $2,950,000 transaction on behalf of the private owner.
The 5 -7 Norton Drive, Melton property comprises a 4,131sqm building on a large land holding of 9,050sqm, ideal for future expansion or site re-development (STCA).
The property’s Industrial 1 Zone offers flexibility for a range of future uses with few restrictions.
