Strong demand for industrial strata units in Western Sydney has underpinned the sale of the final warehouse unit at the Chifley Industrial Estate in Smithfield for $1.098 million.
CBRE’s John Karlovasitis and Elijah Shakir negotiated the sale of unit 7, 19 Chifley Street - comprising a 684sqm office/warehouse facility with clear span warehouse area and a container sized roller shutter door.
JTM Auto Accessories purchased the property, which is located in the heart of Smithfield and provides quick access to a number of major transport routes, including Victoria Street, Cumberland Highway and the M4 and M7 Motorways.
Mr Karlovasitis commented on the deal: “Industrial strata units in established locations continue to be keenly sought after.
“Given the lack of strata stock available in the Smithfield area, there was a strong level of interest in this opportunity.”
