Surface coatings service provider Wethpark Holdings has sold a circa 2,500sqm property in Smithfield for $1.56 million.
The 2,595sqm industrial site at 1 Hume Road is fully fenced with electric fences and comprises freestanding offices and amenities, as well as five ongrade roller shutter doors and six loading docks.
CBRE’s John Micallef and Elijah Shakir negotiated the sale on behalf of Wethpark Holdings to a private buyer.
Mr Micallef said the property’s quality yard facilities were a key selling factor.
“The property’s combined office and yard facilities were well suited to the incoming buyer’s needs,” Mr Micallef.
“Furthermore, the property’s position in one of Western Sydney’s most well-regarded industrial hubs was also a major drawcard for the purchaser.”
